Hi,
I am currently sponsored by my Employer and hold a Tier 2 (General Visa). I was assigned a unrestricted Certificate of Sponsorship because I transferred from Tier 1 PSW to Tier 2 General.
My employer has offered me a new job role which is a higher NQF Level than I am currently on. I understand from the policy guidance that in such scenario I will have to re apply for the visa.
My question was does my company has to assign me a unrestricted CoS or a restricted CoS if I have to re do the whole process?
I would appreciate any guidance offered
