I got ILR last month and my wife will qualify in May2014,after 2years,as she in the uk on Tier-1 Dependent and came in uk before july 12,,,

I believe she will need Set O form but question is

1,,,,,what my documents she needs, how much salary I should have,she is not working as have to look after new born baby?

2,,,,i am not claiming any benefit so kindly also tell me which benefit is save to claim,,,,,,,,,,,,means those don't make hurdle for my wife ILR

You should claim child benefit in your name and tax credits in joint names.

You should claim child benefit and the claim for tax credits should be joint. This should then have no adverse affect.
