Any body know when i will get court date

You know i applied Tier-4 visa i got refusal. He give me right of appeal. i know courts are very busy now a days they deduct money from my account after 4 weeks. now is 5th week i didn't get any letter from court when my hearing will be held. Any body know when i will get
