My query is can I sponser my partner will working and living outside uk ( I will be moving back with her to settle in uk and I already have a job offer from u a uk company that i will take up once I am back in U.K ) & I have 25,000 POUNDS in UK BANK Account + 50,000 pounds in Saudi accounts that I will TRANSFER TO UK ACCOUNT. Please advice everyhting that i need to know to make this application successful, since my previous was rejected. Looking forward to maximum guidence and advice.

There are two options the earnings and/or cash savings.

For earnings you can consider Cat A if you've been employed for 6+ months and have a job offer for within 3 months of your return to the UK. The cash savings may also be used. I suggest you look at Annex FM 1.7 - the financial requirement. Particularly, 5.2.1. and 7.1 and post back if you've got any issues.

Dear D4109125,

I am in continues employment for last 2 years with average annual savings of 30000 pounds+ my finacee is also working for last 3 years with current savings of 35000 pounds in total we have 70000 balance and a job offer for me when I move back to uk with her. But for fiancee visa they are asking for marrage notice and i cant do that since we both have to be in uk for notice of marraige. kindly advise how to get around this. thanks .

Your job offer won't be considered if you are not the British Citizen.
If you have £62,500 held for 6+ months in an instant access account then you can use that information.

Could your fiance return the UK initially to make the wedding arrangements?
