COS date vs Visa Stamp date

Hi All,

Is ILR eligibility determined by the COS date or the visa stamp date under Tier 2 ICT.

COS - 1st April 2010
Visa Application- 22/23rd April 2010
Visa Stamped - 05th May 2010- Tier 2 ICT Established Staff
