HI,
My tier 2 visa was rejected cause of the SOC code being wrong. My company generated another cos letter and made a fresh application.
A new application was made after my current visa was expired ( i was on PSW). We made an application within 2 days of knowing the rejection.

will this application be accepted and granted?? they haven't given my documents back. so, the solicitor did a covering letter and reason explaining the lateness, put new bank statements, cos letter and sent again.

Its been 16 days precisely, the credited the money in my bank acc for the fee but i didn't receive any acknowledgement. is tht normal ??
