Is only Bank letter is acceptable for tier 1 Entrepreneur

My question is that is only bank statement is acceptable to home office
is there any issue if dont submit bank statements jus if give balance certificate from bank
for tier1 entrepreneur visa inside UK

Statements are not mandatory instruments and, in any case, will not be accepted if the money is held outside the UK.

plz elaborate a bit more why bank cant issue statment rather give out a balance certificate.

My question is if I submit only bank letter which states my name and address and bank details and balance.
so is that letter acceptable ???
Why I jus want to submit letter coz some of money jus came in only two days earlier into account
so I don't want to show them about recently transactions.
