UK degree and Life in UK test

I am going to apply for naturalization next month. I just wanted to confirm about Life in UK test. I have done my life in UK test about 15 months ago. Please advise that’s what all I need?

When I applied for ILR I did provide my UK degree as a proof for English language. Do I need to provide this proof again?
