Need urgent help for Tier-2 ICT Extension

Hi

Below is my immigration history, I am just wondering that if I can extend my visa after 5 years, Please let me know as soon as you can because I am in process to visa extension and need this info to fill in form, I really appreciate any help in it.

Please help me out to understand my visa extension duration.

First Visa : 08/02/2010 - ICT
Visa Extentions : 31/08/2010 ICT Established Staff
Visa Extentions : 14/01/2011 ICT Long Term Staff
Visa Extension : Due in Nov -2013
