Brother a EU-citizen, can I move to France and work there?

Brother a EU-citizen, can I move to France and work there?

My brother has lived and worked in France for quite a well and has recently acquired EU citizenship. I'm 23 with good education and work experience (French authorities would not have any problems with my background). Do I qualify to go to France and live & work there?
