ILR approved at Belfast PEO on 15 October 2013

Post by AJCapri » Fri Oct 25, 2013 2:21 pm

Hi

Even though I could not get reply on my case (http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... highlight=) in this forum, there is whole lot of useful information to get question sorted out yourself.

ILR for me and family (wife + daughter) was approved at Belfast PEO on 15 Oct 2013. The case was handled within few hours. I am an IT contractor working through limited company.

I will write in details how the whole process was and what kind of documents were provided.

Thanks
AJ

Congrats...didn't really notice your query but if you had valid visa while leaving UK and if new entry clearance was applied within 28 days of expiry of previous leave (or sooner) then continuous residence is maintained

Thanks Manka10 and Tier1G09.

@Tier2_cts: Yes I received BRP cards on very next day. I think it was quite quick as it was local. Have you received them by now?
