ILR

Hi All,

Please anyone can advice me when I become eligible for ILR?
Tier1 general migrant :visa stamped 31/12/2008
Entered to UK:26th feb 2009
Visa extended:8/12/2011
Visa expiry:31/12/2013
Total days outside uk during 5 years 120days.
Can I apply in December 2013,if yes can I apply through the same day route (premium) or I need to send my application by post until I complete 5years.
