CTC & WTC impact on ILR

Hi

I have an ILR and my wife is on 2 years spouse visa. I will be applying for her ILR in July 2014. We have 10 months old daughter for whom I am getting Child Benefit in my name. But we are also getting CTC and WTC in both name as you know HM would not allow us to claim CTC and WTC in sole name unless parents have separated.

Please can anyone advise / share their experience on this. Also what would be impact on my wife's ILR application due to claiming CTC and WTC in both name where my spouse is under immigration control due to spouse visa but I ain't as I have ILR.

I have had a look at below link but it is a bit confusing. Appreciate your advice.
