Is any body got TI Visa who spend more then 7 years in UK.i am asking this becoz many of our friends refused who spend more then 7 years in UK,even provided same documents as the guys who got visas(spend less then 6 years in UK).thanks

My friend has completed 7+ years with 4 dependants and he got the visa within couple of months. :)
I'm gonna apply in some months time, I have spent nearly 5 years. Let's see what happens. :)

one case worker is different than other, different people different mentality, different point of view does not mean everyone working there treat applications same way however there is sufficient evidence to suggest that applications of those who have lived in UK are assessed rigorously.

i think its ur luck ..... as mention by other user every case worker is different and individual case is looked at differently ..... i have completed 9.5 years whn applied visa and got refused on silly reason but i got a friend of mine who was in same boat as me and he got the visa.

@ shakeelburki, spending 7yrs in UK already might have influence the caseworkers to refuse applications but if the applicant is genuine and trading in the business, then the case should be won in appeal.
Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa now seem a lottery scheme than the point based system it was designed for.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
