I have a Right of Abode and Status of nationality

I was born in London on January 1, 1978 but went back to nigeria without getting a passport,when i came back i applied for right of abode and certificate of nationality and the passport office has refused to give me a British passport saying i haven't submitted enough documents. please i need help what can i do?

Right of adobe, nationality status and passport are three different things. What did you apply for?

The right thing to do is to apply for nationality status using form NS with as much documentation you can. I would think a UK birth certificate and documents confirming your identify and your parents immigration status at the time (not being diplomats) should be enough.
