tier 2 general partner application form

Hello,

I have been issued an visa under tier 2 general with valid CoS. Now I am trying to apply for visa for my wife under tier 2 general -partner and child category. They are planning to apply in India. I have been filling up a form in online available in the website http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/. However I have noticed that the form available in the webite is different from the paper form vaf-10 in the link "http://www.ukba.homeoffice. gov.uk/sitecontent/ applicationforms/visas/vaf10. pdf". For example the online form does not ask for the main applicant CoS number and does not ask for maintenance certified by sponsor. Therefore, I am confused whether the form available in the online website is correct.

Please advice us on this.
