Query on "when" to apply for ILR

Hi All,

I hold a ILR (issued in Feb-15-2012).
My wife is currently in a FLR(M) issued on 1st March 2012 (expires on 1st March 2014).
As per the guidance in the SET(M) - applicant can apply 28 days prior to visa expiry date.
So she should be able to apply form the 1st of Feb 2014.

However she came to the UK under (VISA TIER1 GENERAL PARTNER) - on 11th Jan 2012 (date of entry to UK).
So in theory she completes 2 full years in the UK on 11th Jan 2014.

So can she apply for ILR form the 3rd week of Devember 2013?


FYI: My wife is pregnant and we are keen to have our kid in India, so can't wait until Feb to apply for ILR and then fly to India since it will be close to the due date.


Any guidance on this will be appreciated.
Is it worth checking with - "Settlement checking service", I suppose they only take completed application(S) and not clarify/confirm when to apply?
