Waiting time for visa after appeal won.

Hello every one ,

I got the refusal for PSW visa for the late result and I appealed against the decision and won the case in both First Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, I received my determination from Upper Tribunal on 08 March 2013 since that I haven't heard any thing from Home office yet. I have been calling them, writing them but they just said to wait, It's been more then 7 month now I don't know how long to wait more, It any one can share some information or any advice would be great.

Very sad that you have been waiting this long and there's no end in sight.. Have you tried contacting your local MP to help you?

I have completed my course work on 23/03/2012 and got the result on 30/03/2012. Final degree awarded on 06/07/2012.

I have completed my course work on 23/03/2012 and got the result on 30/03/2012. Final degree awarded on 06/07/2012.

After waiting for almost 2 yr finally I got the letter from Home Office asking for my Pass port. Now I can see end of this all.

Just one more question from all of you how long its take to get my Pass port back with the visa?

I wish You best of luck to all my friends who has same issue like me, just don't give up and fight for your right you will win one day.

Please excuse me, when will your PSW visa expire? Will it expire in Dec 2015, since you got it in Dec 2013?
