ILR for tier 1 spouse

Post by sunnycov » Tue Oct 29, 2013 5:31 pm

Could somebody please help.

I came to UK in September 2006 on student visa and was on student visa till May 2010. Then I got Tier 1 general migrant spouse visa from May 2010 till April 2013 and extended again same visa till April 2015. My ILR is due in April 2015 as I understand. I went on holiday to abroad (India) every year approximately 4-6 weeks otherwise I stayed in UK all the time.

My query is that how many maximum days holidays (abroad) allowed to me from now to April 2015 on my current visa category which should not a problem to apply ILR in April 2015.

For PBS applicants, absences should not exceed 180 days per 12 month period.
