What is the maximun time ltd for tier 4 extension

NORMALLY U WILL GET ACKNOWLEDGEMENT &BIO METRIC LETTER WITH IN A
WEEK AFTER COMPLETING THE BIO METRIC TAKES 4 TO 7 WEEKS? IS UR SPONSOR IS PUBLIC FUNDED OR PRIVATE COLLEGE
