ILR April 2010 - tier 2 ICT

Hi

Need help in understanding the guidelines for ILR and maximum period of stay in UK.

Here are the facts:

1. My CoS was issued on 16th March 2010 with start date 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2012. Please note that at that point of time when a separate work permit on top of CoS.
2. My visa was stamped on 21st April 2010.
3. My visa says 'tier 2 ICT (Migrant)
4. I entered UK on 22nd May 2010.
5. Staying in UK since then
6. My residence permit was renewed in 2012.

Questions:

1. Am I considered to be issued permit under rules prrior to 6th April 2010?

2. Am I eligible to stay beyond 5 years in UK.

3. Will I be eligible for an ILR once I finish 5 years continuous stay.
