Best method to contact the UKBA

Post by mican » Wed Oct 30, 2013 7:48 am

Hello

I need to contact the UKBA to get some advice about the Life in UK Test (in particular the ID and address requirements). What is the best way to contact them; would it best to phone or write a letter to the Croydon Contact Centre or is there an email address I could use. Does anyone have an idea how long it takes them to investigate and respond to something.

Thank you.

Hi..

I think calling them would be easier as they should answer your question straight away...

Indeed calling them would be easier, I did this and they told me to write to them.

Inevitably I am yet to have a response or acknowledgement of receipt

Good luck!
