You are kidding, right? This is a business and yet you are mooching for tips on how to be amature! Seriously jeopardising your immigration status and opportunities. Let us assume you are not an asylum seeker so stop behaving like one. Seek proper professional help and attribute this to the necessary costs of running a professional entity. Good luck.

@ qxoil, your solicitor should be able to guide you on steps to take? If you don't have one, then Home office would have also sent same bundle to the tribunal and you are also expected to send same pack to the tribunal and keep copies for yourself which you should take with you on the appeal hearing day.

Its a standard practise for both appellant and respondent to send bundle to the tribunal before the hearing to enable judge prepare for the appeal hearing. Home office send you the bundle as they always assume some applicants might not have the complete documents which was submitted during the application process.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

@ qxoil, why will you send it back to Home Office? They already have the bundle and that's why they sent you the copies.

Just send the copies of the bundle to tribunal only and continue with your prayer.

Can you explain the reason why they refused you base on maintenance?

Dear Sir,

the bundle that you received as you wrote from Home office same bundle would have been sent to court by Home office as to use against you as their supporting documents.

a letter that you received from court in which the court allocated you a hearing date asked you for your written arguments, provision of supporting documents if any that you intend to use to defend your case is called bundle that you provide to the court same as home office did, and provide the identical copies to the Home office as they provided you as you wrote, 5 days before the hearing is the deadline for that.

hope you know now what to do ...
thanks..
