Bachelor Degree and Dependants

Hi Guys,

I am currently a dependant of PSW and I am planning to switch to Tier 4 to do a Bachelor degree. My question is can my husband and children who are already in UK be my dependants if I am studying at HEI? I read somewhere that only those studying at PG level can bring their family, is this true?

If my family can remain here as my dependants, do they need to apply from outside the UK?

You will not be able to bring your dependants unless you are government sponsored if you are studying at UG level.
