no intention to move only visit for spouse?

Overstay uk 2007 to 2008
Married to british national in uk aug 2007
Approval for marriage rejected in uk 2008
Moved to pakistan aug 2008
Marriage registered inpak aug 2008
Applied for spouse visa jan 2009 rejected (reason they dont believe marriage genuine)
After visa rejection british wife movedto pak also
Aug 2010 moved to dubai both
Applied for visit visa 2012 uk rejected (reason they say i wont come back and have exhausted immigration rules)
Daughter born sep 2013

Advice required:
Now we want to continue staying in dubai but want the freedon to go to the uk as a family whenever we want also prepare for longterm maybe even buy a house on mortgage or sonething. Which visa should i apply for
A-spouse visa?
B-visit visa multiple?
C-indefinate leave?

And how to convince ukba that its a genuine case really struggling
