Self Employment and Company Registration-3 Months

Dear Guys,

I am confused about the period someone can register for self employment and company especially the 3 months before the application. Does it mean someone can not be self employed before the 3 months period?

For instance if someone has formed the company 8 months before the application and has since then registered as a self employed, would this amount to refusal and going against the requirement?

not at all. you just have to give evidence that you r the director of this company with in the last 3 months. if you were the director of same compnay for the last many months or years they dont need proof of that even if they need it good for you that you are running a business for a long period. they just need one thing that you are director with in last 3 months. just print your director appointment letter few days before application and in case self employed send them lastest evidence of class 2 national insurance contribution which is normaly paid every 3 months. think if you take over any business which is already running for the last 50 years and apply for this visa.... can you do this yes you can.
