i got rejected in tier 2 change of employment. My visa was expired on 31st august 2013. But now i got rejected because of sponsor that i used was cancelled by ukba. Since i dont have visa now and i have got letter of rejection and even i dont have my passport and biomatric card. Any solution please will be appreciated.

It would help if you copied into your post the reason for the refusal as given by the HO.

Was the change of employment application to join a new employer or to stay with your existing employer in a different job? If the former, have you already left your previous employer?

Assuming your change of employment application was made before your visa expired you have 28 days from the date of the refusal to either re-apply or leave the UK.
