Post by kashif20 » Fri Nov 01, 2013 12:08 pm

Hi all
I got my tier 1 general vida stamped on 1 april 2009 from Pakistan and entered uk on 15 april 2009. And got two years extension on may 20 2012.
My question is whn my clock for five years comple and I can apply for ilr.

Second question is my mrs is also applying with me for ilr as my dependent and which application form I should use for her.
Best regards

Kashif, You can apply 28 days before 01-04-2014. If you your spouse have lived with you in UK for atleast 2 years then she can apply with you; use separate same form for her. Good luck.
