Urgent!! Switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2

Hi guys,

I have got an urgent question. I am switching my visa from Tier 4 general (I am Iranian) visa to Tier 2 general for a research fellow position at university.

As I knew the university was supposed to advertise the job for 28 days, and they did it. (RLMT?)

It is mentioned on my CoS letter that the university has done the RLMT, BUT there is an exemption as well.

I just finished my PhD and I am totally lost when I wanted to fill the online application when it asks me: "Are you applying for Post-study work?" I don't know whether I should click yes or no? ( I was NOT on Tier 1, but in the guidelines it is mentioned that if you were on Tier 4 Migrant you are in Post study work category.)

consider using the paper application form which is perhaps more straightforward:
