Documents for applying ILR

Hi,

I am just confused with few things in applying ILR

1. Can all the adult and under dependants apply in the same single form with the main applicant?

2. Do we need to submit any documents for maintenance funds along with the application?

Depends on which route you/your dependents have qualified for ILR?
