eea2 when can i apply?

hi guys,
My wife is brazilian and i am italian. She will apply for eea 2 very soon. I am working for 3 weeks now and i am wondering if she can apply as soon as my first payslip is issued. Is there any problem with that, or we must wait for 3 months. Thank you
