Application Form For ILR Over 18 years Dependent (Urgent )

Application Form For ILR Over 18 years Dependent (Urgent )

Hi, I am on HSMP (Judicial Review) visa, my ILR is due in this week.My query is which Application Form I need to use for my son who is over 18 years now.(My consultant advise me Form SET (F). Is this is correct form or what expert advise.
I have short time so please advise urgently.

Hi, Thanks for prompt reply as a HSMP (JR) dependent he dose not need English & life in the UK.
The only question is Application form which is confusing.
Any body else want to comment.

If you have a child aged 18 or over who is dependent on you, they must make their own application for settlement using application form SET(O).

Hi.Thanks for reply,Than Form SET (F) is what for? as my consultant still insist to use Form SET (F) for my over 18 years old dependent.
