I am soon going to apply for Tier 2. currently I am on PSW. I would like to know?

For how long I should have the job before I can apply?
Do I need to attached salary slips for at least 6 months ( as I have current job for past 4 months)

you don't have to be employed by your prospective T2 sponsor at all before applying and no salary slips are needed for the application. You will need a CoS though before you can apply and the job has to be NQF level 6 (unless a shortage occupation) with the appropriate min. salary for new entrants.
