Tier 2 Sponcership

Hellow Everyone,

I am currently on PSW visa and my company is willing to sponcer me a visa but I am not sure which category to go for.

I am regualtory affairs officer in a Pharma company with £31K as annual Salary package with benefits.

From the UKBA list of SOC codes I have found code 2462 for QA and Reg. Affairs, But the Job spec given is a bit different.

Any info which might be of interest please help.

there doesn't have to be an exact match between your job description and the job tasks given in SOC 2010. Note that the latter are only given as examples. Also, your job title need not be exactly what is given as "related job titles" in the SOC.

Your prospective sponsor should select the SOC code that is the best fit to your job.
