Hi Gurus,
I have a question, one of my friends visa was going to expires in Dec 15th. But he got emergency to travel india. But he might come back in DEC 1st week. And then he will do his extension. Could you please help us to give your valuable suggestions.

That should be no problem, as long as he is back in the country in time to make his extension application.
