Transit Visa UK, France: Pakistani Passport with US VISA

Hello, I am a Student in USA with Pakistani Passport and I want to travel with return ticket to Saudi Arabia (Country of Residence/Resident Visa). I have valid USA Student Visa. I was looking for cheap tickets and came across a Qatar Airways ticket. It is connecting in London, UK on the way home (Saudi Arabia) and then connecting again to Paris France on the Return flight to USA. So I will be transiting UK on my initial flight, and then France on the return flight. UK transit time is 3:30 minutes and France is 5:20 minutes. The price is too good to resist. I remember I traveled two (2) years ago transiting UK and I did not need a visa, but times have changed.

In addition, I will be just connecting flights/ transiting UK and France. That means I will just get out of the plane, wait in the lounge and hop back in the connecting plane. I will not go outside the airport.
