Can I do business witch is not relevant to my studies?

I am doing grocery business with cousin can I invest in this business and become director in his company, I Know grocery business is not NVQ level 3 but Can i do buying for this business which is level 4 job by the way got MSC ECONOMICS degree from my country and MSC Wast Management from UK.

I mean grocery store manager is not level 4 itself it's in level 3, can I do buying for my friends company after investing and becoming director. I am on PSW and on 50k route and already working with him.Thanks

No you can not. You need to go through 200k route if your biz is not level 4.

But am guessing you are asking if you can buy the supply for your friends grocery's company for the Tier 1 entrepreneur visa. The answer is NO as the service at the grocery company is still below NQF level 4 regardless of you being a director or not.

To do business related to your uk degree as I am on PSW VISA
I heard about a case in which case worker objection on this issue.
Is it right? I did degree in waste management Can I start waste consultancy
Company without experience in this field?

@ ranafaisal101, the requirement is either you have a qualification or experience in your proposed business. In your own case since you have a degree in Waste Management, then technically you should be qualify to run a waste consultancy company, but you still need to prove that you are capable by writing a good business plan and hope for the best.
