what do next

Hi everybody
As i wrote before im non eea family member. and im going through divorce .and before my visa expired i send my eea2 application and i got my coa (with right to work ) to dont have problem at work with my employer.
im waiting my divorce paper to retain my right as i been married from 2004 . and i been in this country from 2006 .
so now my qustion is .
when i will get my divorce paper did i need to submit new application .
or i should send cover letter with the require document ???
