Tier 1 Entrepreneur in appeal switching to tier 2 in country

Hi,

I am currently in the midst of appealing against the refusal of my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. However, in the mean time I've received a job offer from an employer who will be willing to sponsor my visa.

Can anyone advise if I can withdraw my appeal and switch to applying for the Tier 2 visa in country?
