Tier 2 General - CoS - Fund maintenance by Employer option

Post by mahe333 » Wed Nov 06, 2013 9:48 am

Hi All,

My employer has agreed to certify the fund maintenance requirements in the CoS. My employer is issuing the CoS for the first time and they are not very sure whether they have to show any bank statements or provide any other details to the home office.

Also when I file my application I dont need to submit my bank statements/any other docs to support fund maintenance once after the employer has agreed to meet fund requirements in my CoS?

Please advise.

They just have to tick a box when assigning the CoS. no bank statements etc. required

Please advise. M
