Indian passport after renewal delivery

I submitted my application for Indian Passport renewal at the Indian High Commission (London) today. I did not give a self-addressed envelope. Does it mean that they will send it back in ordinary post or does it mean I can collect it?

They asked to contact after five weeks? Is it correct? When is the earliest I can contact them?

They must have definitely given you a slip with the collection date on it.
