I went for my Indian passport renewal to the Indian High Commission, London today and they made me fill a change of appearance form.

Do I need to inform UKBA of this change? I am now on Tier 1 General extension.

Also they added spouse name in passport. Do I need to inform UKBA of this change?

Is change of appearance part of change of circumstances?

Is addition of spouse name in passport part of change of circumstances?
