eea4 refused

Post by guzy » Wed Nov 06, 2013 10:59 pm

I got a refusal letter today reasons to refuse my application is that I applied my application on 20 june 2013 and the refusal letter says that

You have provided for your eea spouse a wrs card stating she began registration on 15 october 2008 eea spouse wrs cartificate was issued on 15 october 2008 and it is from that point that her five years legal exercise of treaty right begins. therefore you will not be eeligible for peamanent residence card in accordance with the regulations until 15 october 2013

On that basis you are not able to provide evidence your eea spouse has yet resided in the UK in accorddance with these regulations for a continuous period of five years and your application is refused Once your eea spouse eligible for permanent residence on 15 october 2013 you would then be eligible on this date also if you provide both evidence of treaty rights and residence for continuous 5 years

Please advice what should i do do i have to reapply or go to solicitor

Assuming the dates they stated are correct, just reapply now (£55 fee applicable now).
