Hearing date adjourned:

Hi all,

yesterday on 05/11/2013 was my hearing at Sheldon court Birmingham. That hearing day was not good for me as I sit in front of the judge the issue of non availability of bank statement of business funds was firstly discussed. The HO had not provided this statement in the bundles.HO rep believed it to have been lost by the HO as a reason of non availability.unfortunately,my hearing was adjourned for the second time.Once it was in June.I was so shocked to hear from the judge that I would get another hearing date in a few weeks which could be in the next year

Luckly or unluckly the judge,HO rep and my solicitor were female and took not a single second to adjourne the hearing after 10/15 minutes hearing and the judge asked me to provide the duplicate of that statement on next hearing date.I have heard that adjourning a hearing is very hard but my hearing adjourned in a second.

Anyway my solicitor told me that it was good for me and that she had pointed out the mistake of HO before the court which the court noted on the file.

don't know its good or whatever but stressful situation after 7months another queue.

Any suggestion and experience are appreciated.
