ILR for Parent/ Father

Dear All

I hope anyone here would be able to help me with this as i do not have any idea about this topic. I recently received by British Citizenship and have a wife and two kids below the age of 10, who also got naturalized with me.

note: I am also going through an IVA

My father lives alone in Pakistan and recently the doctor said that he may have Parkinson's.

Is there any way i can sponsor my father directly for ILR? keeping in mind that i am going through an IVA. What is the procedure and the fees involved?

Please help!
