OCI On-line Application form queries

Can someone please answer my below questions reg the OCI On-line Application form :

1. PART A -Passport Details

Should I be filling my British Passport details or cancelled Indian Passport Details ?

2. PART B - Details of Family members in application form

I have filled my parents details . Should I be filling any more relatives details ?

1. British Passport. (A cancelled passport has no use for any practical purpose.)

2. Optional; doesn't not matter whether you include additional relatives or not.
