I am going to UK under TIER 2 ICT , SHORT TERM STAFF for 6 months...

Can i change my employer in the UK & extend my stay by getting a new COS from the new employer..

Which visa would i need to file in the UK & the steps to do this ??

Which visa would i need to file in the UK & the steps to do this ?? the only extension you can get while in the UK would be for a total stay of up to 12 months with your existing sponsor (provided they want to extend)

VISA Type: Tier 2 ICT Short Term
Start Date:31/10/2013
End Date:30/04/14

Due to delay in the project start date I have not yet travelled to the UK.I had the be low queries.

1.Is there any specific period before the end date before which I have to travel the UK so that My Visa doesnt get expired?

2.If I travel to Uk before the end date will i be permitted to extend the VISA to complete the 12 months till 31/10/2014?
