Re apply after losing appeal

Hi Guys,
I am making a fresh application after losing my appeals, I am on PSW via the 50k route, could I just ask on the question when does your current leave expire?
Do you state the original expiring date when I visa expired or the date I was informed that I lost the appeal?
Could someone guide me please?

Thanks for the reply.
I was informed that my first-tier appeal was lost on the 28 of Oct and I am planning to make a fresh application within 28 days of that.
My PSW visa expired 14 March, 2013.
My question is on the application form, the question: when does your current leave expire? Do I state 28th of Oct or 14th of March, 2013.

well being honest i dont think anybody will be able to answer this question with proper knowledge coz its something somebody doesnt face normally. i would suggest u to put the 14th march and explain in a letter that u appealed and confused with the visa expiry date. im sure that would be good enough.

@ superweimin, you need to put 14th March and caseworkers will know about your appeal as they always consider applicant's immigration history before treating new application.
