Tier 2 ICT and NI Question

Friends,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this and sorry if this post is inappropriate.

Background:

Came to UK : Nov - 2011 (ICT Tier 2 Long Term Staff)

I will complete my 5 years in the UK sometime in the end of 2016 and with current rules in place i am not eligible for ILR and i will have to leave the UK.

My question is i have been contributing some amount towards NI from my salary every month, will i be eligible to claim this money when i leave the UK? If yes can you help me with process involved or any department i should get in touch with?
