PRTB /EU1 immigration

last week me and my family were at Burgh quay 13/14, as we did not know that documents should be sent by post.
we have been given an explanation that firstly I have to send documentation submitted with appropriate EU1 application form and I would receive a letter within 2 weeks for farther appointment.
I have all documents collected finally except our marriage certificate, it travels all around the ireland and I reckon that I would get it in next week.

I have one question, when we received a letters from PRTB (one for me and one for my wife) there are a mistake in our name and surname spellings.
For example: my name is zaza and I received a letter saying zara which is wrong, same story for my wife.
Is this a big problem?

At the end of the letter there might be a phone number to contact them to re-issue you the letter or you coul dget their contact details on this link:

http://www.prtb.ie/contact-us

If the PRTB do not issue you a new letter, you could forward the same letters to the EU Treaty Rights section.

Yes unfortunately. This can very well become a problem. The documents may be refused because names don't match. Talk to PRTB and get this corrected.
